We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at Youth Diversion. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating programs and services that promote positive youth development.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for working with young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programs and services that promote positive youth development, including education, training, and recreational activities;
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local community organizations, schools, and government agencies;
  • Provide support and guidance to youth participants, including crisis intervention and conflict resolution;
  • Collaborate with staff members to develop and implement program plans and evaluations;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including participant data and program outcomes;
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, education, or youth studies;
  • Experience working with youth in a program or service setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
