Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. as a Marketing Vice-President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize major departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, delegate representatives as needed, and select senior staff.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns.
  • Experience and Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, permanent employment, and proficiency in English.

  • Work Setting: Business services, data processing and computers, and consulting firm
  • Tasks: Manage events, allocate resources, authorize departments, establish objectives, represent the organization, select senior staff, conduct performance reviews, and establish financial and administrative controls.
