About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at Learning for Life Childcare Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong corporate image.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with a focus on a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a large workload environment, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
