Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Expert to join our team as a Genesys Reporting Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions for our clients using Genesys software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess gaps between Cisco and Genesys systems being used.
  • Work with key business stakeholders in identifying Genesys reporting needs.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions for clients using Genesys software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for reporting solutions and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest Genesys reporting features and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Genesys reporting tools effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders on the performance of reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes.
  • Support large-scale migrations such as Cisco to Avaya.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Genesys reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys reporting capabilities and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Location: This is a contract position based in Chicago, IL, USA. The duration of the contract will be determined based on the project requirements.
