Senior Commercial Banking Leader

Job Summary:
The Director of Commercial Distribution is responsible for managing a mid-market team that contributes to the overall success of the Commercial Bank. This includes meeting financial objectives related to the profitable growth and retention of the team's assigned portfolio of Commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mid-market team to achieve financial objectives.
- Develop and execute tactical plans for the team.
- Oversee activities that involve varying degrees of complexity.
- Lead a strategy that deepens relationships by leveraging internal partners to provide holistic solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Expert sales management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
- Expert knowledge of Canada's financial services marketplace.
- Tactical planning skills and implementation/management skills.
