Job Title: Website Trainer

Job Summary:
The Website Trainer is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients. As a Website Trainer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients are proficient in utilizing our TAdvantage website platform. Your primary focus will be on hosting webinars and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients, empowering them to effectively manage their website content, settings, inventory, and leads. Your expertise will contribute directly to our revenue stream and customer engagement, measured through speed to billing, customer satisfaction, and customer churn.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct implementation training, including virtual customer training for new activations.
2. Establish and implement efficient training plans, taking into consideration dealership workflows and industry best practices.
3. Provide coaching on landing page creation and content management.
4. Help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.
5. Reinforce the sale of products and Autosync services by ensuring a consistent message and approach after the sales and onboarding process.
6. Conduct re-training or enhanced training as needed, providing virtual training sessions and refreshing dealers on best practices.
7. Collaborate and provide operation expertise as needed, assisting support and onboarding project teams and handling customer escalations.

Requirements:
1. Experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 2 years.
2. Expertise in Website Platforms (preferably WordPress) and Training Techniques, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
3. Strong communication skills to optimize client experience.
4. Experience with operational software like Wordpress, JIRA, Salesforce, and MS Office Suites.
5. Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on the website.
6. Bilingual preferred (English/French).
7. Strong customer focus, organizational skills, respect for others, and adaptability to change.
8. Excellent communication skills, with a comfort level with all levels of management and large cross-functional teams.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, self-started, and independent.
10. Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
