Job Summary
The Website Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to clients on the TAdvantage website platform. This includes hosting webinars, providing one-on-one training, and ensuring clients are proficient in managing their website content, settings, inventory, and leads. The Trainer will work closely with internal and external departments to resolve client issues and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct implementation training, including virtual customer training for new activations.
2. Provide coaching on landing page creation and content management.
3. Help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to clients.
4. Reinforce the sale of products and Autosync services by ensuring a consistent message and approach with customers.

Requirements
Experience in the automotive industry (min 2 yrs)
Expert in Website Platforms (preferably WordPress) & Training Techniques (min 1 year preferred)
Strong communication skills to optimize client experience
Experience with operational software like Wordpress, JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office Suites
Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on the website
