Job Title: Website Trainer

Job Summary:
The Website Trainer is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients. This includes hosting webinars, providing one-on-one training, and ensuring clients are equipped to effectively manage their website content, settings, inventory, and leads. The Trainer will work closely with internal and external departments to resolve client issues and implement solutions that drive successful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct implementation training, including virtual customer training for new activations and establishing efficient training plans that consider dealership workflows and industry best practices.
2. Provide coaching on landing page creation and content management, and help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.
3. Reinforce the sale of products and Autosync services by ensuring a consistent message and approach with customers after the sales and onboarding process.
4. Collaborate with support and onboarding project teams as needed, and handle customer escalations when required.

Requirements:
• Experience in the automotive industry (minimum 2 years)
• Expertise in website platforms (preferably WordPress) and training techniques (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication skills to optimize client experience
• Experience with operational software like WordPress, JIRA, Salesforce, and MS Office Suites
• Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on the website
