Industrial Meat Cutter Opportunity
JBS Food Canada ULC is a leading beef processor in Canada, with a facility in Brooks, Alberta, that produces a wide range of products. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team.
As an Industrial Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting beef or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging. You will also be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as provided by the Employer and work in a variety of environments, including wet, humid, cold, hot, inside, or outside.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma
- Completion of a program in industrial meat cutting or 1 – 2 years' experience as an industrial butcher or trimmer is required.
- Basic English skills

Work Site Environment: Noisy, Odors, Hot, Cold/refrigerated.
