Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at JBS Food Canada ULC. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat
- Operate knives, power cutting tools, and saws to prepare meat
Our meat processing plant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. As a Meat Cutter, you will work in a team environment with a focus on meeting production targets while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
