We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team at JBS Food Canada ULC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and processing meat and poultry products for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut and process meat and poultry products to meet customer specifications
- Remove bones from meat and poultry products
- Operate knives, power cutting tools, and saws to cut and process meat and poultry products
- Work in a team environment to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a noisy, hot, and cold environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads
- Ability to work in a team environment

The successful candidate will work in a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment. The work environment will be noisy, hot, and cold, and will require the ability to lift and move heavy loads.
