We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team at JBS Food Canada ULC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat
- Operate knives, power cutting tools, and saws
- Work in a team environment to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and physically demanding environment
- Relocation costs covered by employer

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting production targets. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe work environment is essential.
