We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in coordinating special events, planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently and safely.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop menus, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special events, such as buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on kitchen management and staff supervision.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
