Lead Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bronx Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food production process.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and culinary management, with experience in leading kitchen teams. They will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, training new employees, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and producing high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures and protocols.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in cooking and culinary management.
- Experience in leading kitchen teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A valid Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in the culinary industry.
