We are a growing grocery store chain seeking an experienced and skilled Grocery Department Lead to oversee our daily operations. Our ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in a similar role and holds a secondary school graduation certificate.
Estimated Salary Range:$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the grocery department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead and train team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement promotional activities and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee productivity and engagement.
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
