Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to drive individual and business growth by building capability within our organization. As the L&D Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and actively manage learning offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between our training programs and other talent systems and initiatives.
- Work with vendors/suppliers, develop proposals, and oversee their work.
- Track and report on training activities, including attendance, engagement, completion rates, success rates, and budget.
- Manage training calendars, ensuring alignment with our business and learner needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing blended learning solutions for adults.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in adult learning.
- Advanced facilitation skills preferably in e-learning model.
