Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization
  • Facilitate training sessions to engage participants and promote learning
  • Manage classroom dynamics and monitor participant progress
  • Research and provide follow-up responses to unresolved items/questions that arise during training
  • Create recordings of training sessions accessible to employees online
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to prepare other trainers to deliver with the same consistent standards of delivery excellence for specific courses

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and training facilitation
  • Experience working with insurance industry preferred
  • Adult Learning Certification required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in specialty commercial home and auto insurance
  • Authoring tool experience (e.g., Camtasia, Canva)
