Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As the L&D Lead, you will be responsible for driving individual and business growth by building capability within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and actively manage learning offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute blended learning solutions for adults
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and operations to identify learning and development needs
  • Design and develop learning experiences that support our company's strategy
  • Ensure alignment between our training programs and other talent systems and initiatives
  • Manage training calendars and track training activities
