Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Rehabilitation and Case Management Specialist to provide direction and support for offender programs in adult and youth Corrections within a geographic region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and leadership in assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation
  • Direct and oversee the management of case plans for offenders with complex needs
  • Work closely with Custody Services and Community Corrections directors, supervisors, service delivery staff, and key community stakeholders throughout the province
Requirements
  • Masters degree or Ph.D. in human services with graduate-level training in human development, learning, behaviour, and behaviour change
  • Graduate-level knowledge of normal and maladaptive development and behaviour
  • Supervised experience with behavioural assessment processes and associated tools
  • Ability to formulate intervention plans based on this information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with stakeholders, partners, and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

$45-$55 per hour, averaging 37.33 hours/week
