About the Role- Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment is crucial.
