Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored patient care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses effectively.
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- A valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly valued.
