Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
