Job Title: Business Development and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a Business Development and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team while also contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Assist in the supervision of the analyst team, including providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
