Job Title: Client Service Advisor
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, awaits the right candidate in this dynamic role. Located in Nova Scotia, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with a healthcare team that supports people in your community and frontline workers.

What You'll Do
This fast-paced environment requires a detail-oriented individual to assign client visits to nurses and home support workers. Daily activities include receiving and processing client referrals and updates, responding to inquiries from clients, doctors, service providers, and other agencies, advanced scheduling, daily scheduling changes, and administrative duties. You will work closely with team members and management to ensure daily staffing levels are sufficient and quality client care and service are met. Forecasting weekly staffing needs and supporting clients, nurses, and home support workers are also key responsibilities. This role demands the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should possess a University/College education or equivalent experience. Office Administration Certificate, Medical Terminology Certificate, or equivalent experience is an asset. Proficiency with MS Office programs, Outlook, faxing software, and database management is required. Experience in logistics or scheduling environments and proficiency with scheduling software like Procura are assets. Previous customer service experience in contact centers is also considered an asset. A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is mandatory for employment. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required in this role.
