About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to participate in the development of the strategic direction of the Clinical Network by providing leadership in policy development, planning, and accountability. The successful candidate will provide strategic analysis and advice on issues impacting the clinical service area and/or population across the lifespan.

The Senior Analyst will assist in designing a provincial integrated plan for the Service or Population-based Network and in developing strategic and operational plans that support excellence in care delivery, improvement in health outcomes, and achievement of standards of care established by Nova Scotia Health, the Department of Health and Wellness, and other relevant bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a health-related discipline and 5-7 years of relevant senior leadership experience with progressive accountabilities for standards development, evaluation, and implementation, advising on healthy public policy, and adoption of best practices to deliver high-quality services.

About You

  • You have a Master's Degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Registration with relevant health or professional discipline/college or association is preferred.
  • Certified Health Executive designation is an asset.

Hours

  • Permanent, Full Time (100%) Position; 75 hours bi-weekly.
  • Travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

$42.93-$53.67 Hourly
