Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing guidance and support to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Client Focus: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Operations Management: Maintain the efficient operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal hotel operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, initiative, organized, team player, accurate, client-focused, dependable, and ability to work under pressure.

As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in this environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
