Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and support to excel in their roles.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Task Management: Coordinate and assign tasks, ensuring efficient operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient hotel operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
