AEGIS LOCKWORKS LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, collecting payments from debtors, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking, and following up on payments
  • Collect payments from debtors, including negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
