Job Title: Capital Planning Manager

Join Toronto Community Housing as a Capital Planning Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a member of our Capital Planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive capital plans and budgets to support the organization's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and analyze data to inform capital planning decisions, including facilities condition index (FCI) calculations and asset management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including facilities management, finance, and external partners
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development of capital plans and budgets
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital planning, facilities management, or a related field
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
