Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at OKANAGAN ROYAL PARK INN LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, training new staff, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 people
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Provide customer service and support to clients
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
