Customer Success Manager Job Description:

Join Quorum Information Technologies Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and embark on a challenging role that combines sales and customer support skills. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer contact logs, performance reports, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Bilingual in French and English (desired).
