Responsibilities

  1. Renew existing customer accounts in a timely manner
  2. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to retain recurring revenue
  3. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase client account value
  4. Train new employees to ensure seamless customer support
  5. Provide regular loyalty check-ins and customer onboarding
  6. Offer day-to-day customer support through various channels

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Previous experience with client portfolio management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to our evolving company environment
  • Previous experience with CRM software
