Responsibilities
- Renew existing customer accounts in a timely manner
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to retain recurring revenue
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase client account value
- Train new employees to ensure seamless customer support
- Provide regular loyalty check-ins and customer onboarding
- Offer day-to-day customer support through various channels
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company
- Excellent command of the English language
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Previous experience with client portfolio management
- Ability to quickly adapt to our evolving company environment
- Previous experience with CRM software
