What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Program Manager to join our Compliance Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing applications for Capital Markets and Wealth Management Compliance.

Our team is responsible for supporting our global Compliance partners to provide Trade Surveillance and Know-Your-Employee solutions. We believe in innovation and collaboration, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
  • Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program.
  • Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
  • Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline.
  • Identifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in managing large-scale Enterprise Programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly present complex items in a digestible format, focusing the narrative for purpose and direction.
