What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale enterprise programs that drive business growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams, tracking progress against project milestones, and serving as a liaison between project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale enterprise programs
  • Coordinate and manage program resources, including budget, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on enterprise solutions
  • Strong financial acumen and performance monitoring skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to clearly present complex information in a digestible format
