Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Compliance Technology team at RBC. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance monitoring skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to clearly present complex information in a digestible format, focusing on purpose and direction.
