Job Title: Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement integration solutions using various technologies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business capabilities models, value stream models, and other critical business architecture deliverables.
  • Research and recommend integration products and services to support procurement and development efforts.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to test newly integrated software programs and applications.
  • Support project teams with integration testing and identify potential problem areas.
  • Liaise with software developers and engineers to address issues in program logic and interoperability.
  • Build relationships with software development and engineering teams to gain an understanding of application architectures and required functionality.
  • Build relationships with vendors of application software to learn about and provide feedback on their technical integration capabilities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT space delivering projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of large-scale solution design and delivery leadership experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
  • SAP PM or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in asset-intensive industries.
  • Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools and Cloud Technologies, with a focus on MS Azure.
  • Experience working in large/complex organizations in power utilities, industrial, oil & gas, mining, aerospace, or similar sectors.
  • Experience leading teams and managing engineering project lifecycle management processes.
