**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Enterprise Cloud Program Manager** to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering complex Cloud technology projects and managing enterprise solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the delivery of complex Cloud technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee the implementation of enterprise solutions, including IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible, and Oracle Database.
  • Lead technology project management efforts, with a focus on large technology procurements and agile/scrum framework implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strategies for API governance framework, including documentation and process management.
  • Guide and create processes for onboarding new teams and API portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Manage, promote, and support the delivery of key middleware and DevOps initiatives, including Shared Utility Service (SUS) NextGen as Java Platform as a Service (PAAS).
  • Implement and document Service Planning/Service Management processes for the GSIC Middleware Team.
  • Collaborate with the Middleware team PMs to prepare executive presentations for application hosting services.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in technology project management, with at least 5+ years including projects that required large technology procurements.
  • Demonstrated experience using the agile/scrum framework to promote best practices and awareness to the project team, clients, and/or stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge of PMLC and in-depth knowledge of cloud services, API life cycle, service management, event management, and monitoring services.
