The philosophy of our design team in Atlantic Canada is rooted in the rich social and cultural mosaic of the east coast. Our architects have a reputation for design excellence that is complemented by our strength in the technical execution of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners
  • Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of conceptual design, design development, and construction documents, including details and specifications
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and effectively meet deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements
  • Assist with contract administration and site inspections

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Landscape Architect
  • Member or Associate Member of APALA or eligibility for membership
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of:
  • BIM principles & workflows
  • REVIT software
  • AutoCAD software
  • Civil3D and Rhino
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft 365 environment
