Landscape Architect

At Architecture49, we are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to contribute to our team's design excellence. The successful candidate will have a professional degree in Landscape Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in BIM software, including REVIT and AutoCAD. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
As a Landscape Architect at Architecture49, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from conceptual design to construction documents. You will be responsible for developing creative technical solutions, preparing visually compelling graphic presentations, and managing multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities include:
- Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners.
- Developing creative technical solutions and preparing visually compelling graphic presentations.
- Assisting in the preparation of conceptual design, design development, and construction documents, including details and specifications.
- Managing multiple projects, budgets, and effectively meeting deadlines.
- Assisting in the preparation of design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Managing client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
- Ensuring project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
- Assisting with contract administration and site inspections.
Qualifications include:
- Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Landscape Architect.
- Member or Associate Member of APALA or eligibility for membership.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles and workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Civil3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 environment.
