Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SHIV BRAR PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Will train
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
