We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Acier Contractors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes and correspondence.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. We offer a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
