Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Squamish. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stockroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
