The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for delivering human resources support to a manufacturing facility. This role will partner with the manufacturing team to drive the implementation of HR processes and initiatives, promoting a results-oriented and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and coordinate plant labor relations, employment, recruiting, and staffing.
- Manage benefits administration, wage and salary administration, affirmative action/EEO, employee relations, and community relations.
- Ensure the execution of talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Optimize personnel performance and efficiency.
- Support the manufacturing plant by providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company's HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- HR systems and tech-savvy.
- Must have a CHRP certification.
- Experience in a union environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
