Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate plant labor relations, employment, recruiting, and staffing.
  • Manage benefits administration, wage and salary administration, affirmative action/EEO, employee relations, and community relations.
  • Ensure the execution of talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Optimize personnel performance and efficiency.
  • Support the manufacturing plant by providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company's HR practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • HR systems and tech-savvy.
  • Must have a CHRP certification.
  • Experience in a union environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
