Senior Plant Human Resources Manager

O-I seeks a skilled Plant Human Resources Manager to deliver HR support for a manufacturing facility. This role will partner with the plant manufacturing team to drive HR processes and initiatives, promoting a result-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant.
  • Develop and maintain labor relations, employment processes, and benefits administration.
  • Support manufacturing operations with HR expertise, including affirmative action, EEO, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent management processes align with company goals.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • CHRP certification and experience in a union environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • HR systems and technology-savvy.
