Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at EightSix Network. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager, oversee the recruitment cycle, and offer quality service to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and review organizational structures in supported divisions.
- Full-cycle recruitment process, including job profile creation, sourcing, selection, and interviews.
- Assess and process payroll, ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked.
- Answer employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain current employees' records and database.
- Onboard new hires and assist with HR projects and duties.
- Act as the first line for all HR administration queries.
- Participate in the annual performance evaluation process and succession planning.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resource Management or related studies.
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources as a generalist.
- Enthusiasm for working in a transforming environment.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of US employment regulations.
- Expertise in MS Office packages.
- Bilingual oral and written communication.
- Ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
