Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

At Chevron Town Pantry, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, and managing training and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Requirements:
