Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
