The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within our team, ensuring seamless daily operations. This includes opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing tasks, establishing policies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication among team members to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Process incoming mail and materials, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing digital databases.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone calls and messages in a timely manner.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and effective time management are essential.
