The Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to oversee the development and implementation of marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, collaborating with partnerships, data science, and brand marketing teams.
- Identifying opportunities to automate campaign processes within CRM systems and with partners for increased efficiency.
- Working closely with technical development teams or external agencies to support project delivery plans.
- Fostering effective stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on campaign performance and addressing concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in developing innovative and personalized channel marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of loyalty program dynamics and customized strategies.
- Technical expertise in CRM principles and best practices.
- Leadership qualities for overseeing team building and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Drive to align business objectives with LCM initiatives.
- Project management skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
