**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Yorkdale Mall. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service;
  • BUILDING AND MANAGING A DAILY GAME AND SALES PLAN FOR THE DEPARTMENT;
  • Creating development plans for full-time staff to improve performance gaps;
  • Communicating effectively with the team through regular meetings and coaching sessions;
  • Maintaining a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level;
  • A proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry (an asset).
